Abbott Mount is nestled atop a hill in the Kali Kumaon region of Champawat district of Kumaon region in Uttarakhand. It is located at a distance of 80 km from Tanakpur railway station and about 8 km from Lohaghat.

By Road

Buses and taxis are easily available up to Lohaghat from where you can hire a shared taxi or a private one to Abbott Mount.

Driving directions to Abbott Mount from Delhi: Drive from Delhi via Moradabad, Rampur, Rudrapur, Khatima, Tanakpur, and Lohaghat to reach Abbot Mount. It is situated 437 kms from Delhi.

Upon reaching Lohaghat drive towards Pithoragarh for 6 km & arrive at Marorakhan. Turn towards Abbott Mount, drive 1 km and take a sharp U-turn and drive another 1 km to the lodge. This is the first lodge where the road ends.
