Ghorakhal Tea Garden Experience
Ghorakhal Tea Garden was established in the late 19th century, during the British colonial era. Initially, it was set up to cultivate tea for export, and the first few batches hit the market in the early 20th century. The garden’s history is steeped in stories of laborers who toiled under the sun to bring us the aromatic brews we enjoy today.
Over the years, the tea garden has become more than just a supplier of fine teas; it has also emerged as a cultural hub. The blending of local traditions and customs with the tea-centric lifestyle has shaped a unique identity for Ghorakhal and its residents.
