The ashram was founded by Adi Guru Shri Jai Ram Maharaj in 1891. Later on Shri Devendra Swarup Ji Maharaj renovated the entire premises. He added many things in the ashram like Homeopathic dispensary, satsang bhavan and Sanskrit college in Rishikesh. It is located at Bhimgoda, Haridwar. Ashram has its charitable hospital which provides free medical aid and medicine. Frequently eye camps are organized for underprivileged people.
