Those who have completed the 200-hour YTT course are eligible to enrol in the 300-hour YTT course. After completing this course, you can register as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 300). In this intermediate yoga course, you will be taught techniques, training, and practice, teaching methodology, anatomy and physiology, yoga philosophy, and the lifestyle and ethics of yoga teachers.

500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course - The 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is an advanced-level yoga teacher training course. The 500-hour yoga teacher training course is a combination of the 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher training courses. This is a master's-level course in which the basic fundamentals as well as the advanced yoga and meditation practises will also be taught to you. After completing the 500-hour YTT, you can become a senior registered yoga teacher by registering with Yoga Alliance as a RYT 500. The total duration of this course is 50 days.
