1- For Student Discounts ,Identity Card from Government Institutions is Must.
 2- Handicapped or Physically Disabled , Identity Card issued by Medical Officer or Social Welfare Department.
 3- Senior Citizen of age 60 Years and above Age Proof Issued by Government Authority.
 4- Young Adult Students below 18 Years, Bring your school ID Cards.
 5- There is no fee for kid below age 12 Years.
 6- For Foreign Citizen, Show Passport ID at Checking Counter.

The permit is mandatory and must be obtained at the checkpoint, where visitors also register their details and declare any plastic items to comply with environmental regulations.

Additional Costs and Services

Beyond the entry fee, several optional services may incur extra charges:

Porters or Mules: Hiring a porter or mule to carry luggage from Govindghat to Ghangaria (13 km) costs approximately Rs 1,000–Rs 1,500 per person, depending on demand and weight (up to 40 kg).

Helicopter Rides: A one-way helicopter trip from Govindghat to Ghangaria is around Rs 3,500 per person, offering a quicker alternative to the trek.

Guides: A professional guide for the valley trek may cost Rs 2,000–Rs 2,500 per day.

Note: that these additional services are not included in the entry fee and must be arranged separately. Camping inside the park is prohibited to protect its ecosystem, so accommodation is limited to Ghangaria, where basic hotels and Swiss tents are available. Check Hotels in Ghangharia.
