Vishnu Ghat is one of the most peaceful and serene Ghats at Haridwar. Named after the supreme lord of the universe Vishnu, this Ghat is visited by large number of Vaishnavites. Due to its location away from the Har Ki Pauri, this Ghat is less crowded than others. It is also one of the safest and cleanest Ghats in Haridwar. Pilgrims and devotees come to this place and take a dip in the holy Ganges to absolve their sins. One can also find nice hotels and guesthouses near Vishnu Ghat.
Tourists and pilgrims can reach Vishnu Ghat as it is situated near Har Ki Pauri. One can walk along the banks of river Ganges to reach the Ghat.
