Medical assistance is available throughout the Char Dham Yatra route through government hospitals, health centres and emergency ambulance services. Pilgrims should save important emergency numbers before starting the yatra, especially while travelling to remote areas where mobile connectivity may be limited.

In case of any medical emergency during the yatra, dial 108 to request an ambulance or emergency medical assistance.
